I'm Michelle Mapp — founder of MAPP Consulting Group and a nonprofit wayfinder with more than 20 years of experience leading, advising, and guiding mission-driven organizations through change.
I've sat in the CEO chair. I've reported to boards and chaired them. I've walked organizations through transitions, growth, and the in-between seasons no strategic plan ever quite predicts. That lived experience is what I bring to every engagement.
